What if I am not satisfied with the BuzzWorker?

If there is a BuzzWorker that is not performing to your standard during the shift, you may send them home and you will not be charged for the remaining hours. However, please let us know when this is the case so we can amend your booking accordingly and try our best to send a replacement if need be.
