All ratings are submitted by clients after the shift. If you want further feedback on a rating you have received, please let us know and we will speak to the client directly on your behalf. 

Please don't be disheartened if you receive a bad rating. Try to use the feedback productively and apply for shifts or clients that are more suited to your skills and experience.
