- A; If you work in hospitality, check that the amount you received in your payslip is the same as the amount you were paid in your bank account. Please note that your payslip states your income tax that was paid to HMRC.
- If you work in delivery, please check that the amount on your invoice matches the one that was paid into your bank account.

NOT PAID THE HOURS I WORKED
- If you were underpaid (i.e. not paid for the hours you have worked), please check your invoice and let us know which shifts you will need to be paid for/
The payments system is automated and calculates the final payment based on the times you clocked in and out of shifts using your BuzzWorker app, so please make sure that you clock in and out correctly for all shifts to be paid correctly.
