There is a mistake in my payment.

NOT PAID AT ALL
  1. A; If you work in hospitality, check that the amount you received in your payslip is the same as the amount you were paid in your bank account. Please note that your payslip states your income tax that was paid to HMRC.
  2. If you work in delivery, please check that the amount on your invoice matches the one that was paid into your bank account. 
If the amounts are different, please email payments@buzzhire.co with the subject line: Pay received different to amount on payslip
We will get back to you to resolve your issue within 24 hours.

NOT PAID THE HOURS I WORKED
  1. If you were underpaid (i.e. not paid for the hours you have worked), please check your invoice and let us know which shifts you will need to be paid for/
If this is the case, please email payments@buzzhire.co with the subject line 'underpaid' in the email. In the email, please state the JR number, the client name and the correct hours you worked. We will re-adjust your times on the booking and make sure that you are paid correctly the following week.

The payments system is automated and calculates the final payment based on the times you clocked in and out of shifts using your BuzzWorker app, so please make sure that you clock in and out correctly for all shifts to be paid correctly.
