What if client cancelled my booking?

After you have been confirmed on a shift, the client has up to 48 hours before the shift to cancel for free. If they cancel between 3 and 48 hours before the shift then you will be paid for 1 hour as compensation and we will try to relocate you to another job so that you do not miss out on any work for the day. If they cancel within 3 hours before the start time then you will be paid for the whole shift.
