What if the client cancelled my shift?

In the unlikely event that a client cancels your shift:
  • More than 24 hours before start time - no costs covered
  • 4-24 hours before start time - you will be paid for 2 hours of the shift
  • Less than 4 hours before start time - you will be paid for the entire shift
You are welcome to apply for any available shifts via your BuzzWorker app if a client cancels. While this is a rare occurrence, please don't be disheartened when this happens. It is not necessarily a reflection o the work you have done or who you are - sometimes clients overbook by accident and have to make cancellation to suit how busy it is on that day.
