How can I use my Network?

Your network comes in handy when you are unable to make it to a shift you're booked on. You can ask someone from your Network to replace you instead of having to cancel your shift completely and risk getting strikes. 

How to select a replacement:
  1. In the Job Page for the shift you cannot attend - select 'Cancel job'
  2. Then select 'Find Replacement'
  3. On the next screen select a BuzzWorker from your network who you would like to replace you and click the blue 'Invite BuzzWorker' button at the bottom - this will notify them that you have requested them to replace you
Remember, you are still liable for the shift until another BuzzWorker accepts it.
